So, there’s this guy. His name is Daniel. One day he decided to jump on the weight-loss bandwagon. He started on July 30, 2013. To date, he has lost 25.8 lbs.
Daniel decided to start loosing weight for a few reasons. Reason #1 was because he noticed the scale going the wrong way. He had been the heaviest he had ever been in his life and his family had starting showing concern for his health. His next main reason was because of his health. Daniel has bad knees, herniated disc in his spine, and sleep apnea. His hopes with loosing weight is that it will help relieve the pain and symptoms from these health issues. At this point, he has another concern that he is wanting to prevent. Heart disease runs in his family and he is scared that he will have issues with that on top of everything else.
Daniel has been a great friend to the 2 Sweat Bees over the years and we would like to give some encouragement back! Like Tory Johnson says in her book The Shift: How I Finally Lost Weight and Discovered a Happier Life, “Each of us has the power to fix whatever’s gone wrong.” You are the only one that can fix it. We can all be encouraged by others but we are the only one that can get in there and do it ourselves. So, lets all give encouragement to Daniel to keep going! Way to go!!
