I’ve been overweight for several years now and I am tired of it. I have had times where I have met goals and made great progress but I am currently in need of a re-boot 🙂

When it comes to health and fitness I speak the woulda-coulda-shoulda language very well and I want to be the “one little did.” 

Anyone still in the “Woulda-Coulda-Shoulda” group?
